  • February - AI for Critical Thinking

    Exploration Document
The two prompt frameworks below aim to help learners leverage AI to complete specific educational tasks while also pushing them to do the work and the thinking by themselves. Each set of prompts will guide learners to generate two chatbots to work with simultaneously: one that will act as your tutor through the steps of your process and another that will demand you think critically about your own learning and thinking throughout.

  • January - AI for Intervention

    Exploration Document
For this Exploration, we’re testing the extent to which LLMs can support teachers as they intervene when students encounter challenges. First, choose a student situation from your classroom where you're seeing academic or behavioral challenges. Then, use the prompts below to develop intervention strategies and prepare communication with learning specialists, parents, or students.

  • December - AI Out Loud

    Exploration Document
For this Exploration, we’re asking you to put yourself in your student’s shoes and complete a two-part Exploration where you (as the student) prepare for an oral assessment (e.g. discussion/debate, presentation, etc.) in a class.

  • November - AI for Alternative Assessment

    Exploration Document
In this exploration, you will work with a frontier LLM of your choice to create examples of these AI-resistant alternative assessments to improve upon or even replace assessment methods that are less likely to be consistently useful in the current moment.

  • October - AI for Prompting and Meta-Prompting

    Exploration Document
Who understands LLMs (Large Language Models) well enough to write excellent prompts? LLMs themselves! Get ready, this one is going to be ‘meta.’ AI for Prompting and meta-Prompting is a broad “umbrella exploration” that helps with every use of LLMs.

  • September - AI for Active Learning

    Exploration Document
In this Exploration, you are a teacher using the AI to provide you with ideas and suggestions for activities you can use with your students in your classroom.
